What’s included

We offer an optional linen service which includes freshly laundered linen (all beds will be made up) plus bath and beach/pool towels for £10 per person.  

Arrival and departure times

After 3pm on the day of arrival and before 10.30am on departure. Changeover day is normally a Saturday or Sunday.

Booking conditions

£150 per week deposit payable on booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before your holiday. We also take a returnable deposit of £100 against damage.

Special offers

 Guests who have stayed with us before receive a 10% discount.  We are happy to discuss special rates outside peak times and for longer stays.  We can often be flexible around arrival and departure dates, as flights from regional airports can be cheaper but less frequent.
