By air
Although services change regulalry with the airlines, many regional airports offer great cheap flights into the region. Ryanair offer excellent flights to Beziers which is the closest airport and the easiest to navigate out of! Montpellier is also close and is regularly serviced by BA and Easyjet from the regions and from London. Other options include flying into Carcassone and Avignon, Marseille or Toulouse with Easyjet. Many airlines also contine flights in low season. We recommend you check online.
By ferry/car
There are numerous ferry options for crossing the channel and the journey by car is then a stress free motorway journey but does require an overnight stop. The luxurious Pont Aven sails to Santender from Plymouth and Portsmouth which is a great option if you want to spend part of your holiday in Spain.
